The attorneys Andreas Michael and Rolf M. Siebert founded the law firm in 1983 in Frankfurt am Main. Since its beginning, the practice has focused on the specializations of the two founders, commercial and tax law, family law as well as the residential property, rental and private real estate law.

With the expansion of the practice and the addition of two other partners, the attorney Christian Vogt has brought employment law as an additional focus of our work and attorney Mark G. Schladitz contributes his specialization in inheritance law and intellectual property law (and in particular competition, trademark and copyright law). The connection of these legal areas optimizes our counsel for private individuals and medium-sized companies in legal and business terms. Debt recovery and foreclosure is assumed by our experienced debt collection department.
