Christian Vogt has been working on employment law mandates since the beginning of his practice as an attorney in 1995. One focus of his practice is all areas of individual employment law. Another focus is the negotiation of interests and social plans in collective labor law. Mr. Vogt represents clients throughout Germany.

Professional quality through decades of specialization and advanced training is a prerequisite for providing optimal advice in employment law. In all this Christian Vogt made a conscious decision to represent both employers and employees. Thus he knows the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent. He wants to achieve the optimal result for his clients. The legal consideration of the facts is just as important as the consistent pursuit of the individual goals of the client. Especially the latter can change fundamentally in the course of a procedure.

With today’s technology, it is also possible to conduct a video consultation online. So a personal visit to our office is no longer mandatory. For example, in an initial interview you can clarify very well whether a cancellation agreement should be offered or signed. The (visual) initial consultation on terminations or cancellation agreements takes about 1 hour and costs a flat rate of € 250 incl. VAT.
